Semi Private Personal Training
( Small Group Training) :
We're redefining our personal training services and making it better, and at a lower price point, with our small group training! A greater training experience with increased motivation and push from your training partner(s) and personal trainer. We go through an assessment and lifestyle questionnaire with each individual to see where they're coming from and where they're trying to go. Everyone still receives an individualized training program that is catered towards their goals, weaknesses, and strengths. Whether your goal is body composition, general strength, or improving your athletic ability, we have you covered. You still get the personal component of personal training but in a group atmosphere. You can sign up at the bottom of the page! All training options are available virtually, outside and inside the studio.
One On One Personal Training
The training program and hour revolves around you and your needs. We go through an assessment and a lifestyle questionnaire like we do with the "small group" clients to see where you're coming from and where you're trying to go. This will help us break down your strengths and weaknesses so we can help you get stronger, move better and ultimately work toward your main objective. We set up an initial game plan so that we're both on the same page and then meet on a bi weekly or monthly basis to go over the training, nutrition, and your progress. We understand everyone is different physically and mentally so we believe our individual approach to each clients leads to the best result. You can sign up at the bottom of the page! Outdoor Group Classes
Get some iron and vitamin D with our outdoor group classes! You may have gone to group classes before where the classes were too big, exercises were random, coaches didn't know your name, and the form was far from stellar. We believe that form is super important so we like to keep our classes smaller ( 4-8 people) so we can keep an eye on you. We use an array of equipment and movement patterns so you're feeling extra spicy. The exercises are chosen in a logical but challenging manner so that you're not jumping around 1 second, running in a circle the next, doing bicep curls with 3lb dumbbells, and then doing some sort of burpee.
Injuries? We are more than happy to modify an exercise for you because there is no point in putting a square peg into a round hole. Classes start in July and will be 35-40 minutes long. Drop in and monthly options available!
In Home Personal Training
Life can get busy so we bring the training to you. No equipment? No problem! We'll bring all the necessary equipment for you and your training program. We've been doing in home training for years so we now how to get creative when needed. In home training can also be done in a group setting (2-3 people) so feel free to invite your partner, cousin, sibling, or friend!
Online Personal Training
We don't believe in generic cookie cutter programs, which is why we send you a training program every 4 weeks that is made just for you. We base the program off your completed pre-assessment form, postural photos, technique videos, injury history, goals, strengths, and your limitations.
If you're unsure about your form on certain exercises then you can send us a video of the exercise and we can correct your technique as needed. We also offer biweekly check-ins over the phone and/or Zoom to go over your progress, and answer any questions you may have. Texting and emails also work. It all really depends on you and the number of questions you have and the amount of accountability you need. You just have to show up to the gym and we set you up with everything else.
